How Belkyra Works
Belkyra contains deoxycholic acid, a substance the body naturally produce to break down dietary fat When it is injected into fat under the chin area, Belkyra destroys the fat cells in that area. The body gradually clears them, which can create a slimmer, more defined chin jawline profile.
What to expect
Treatment is done in the clinic with a series of small injections under the chin. Most people need more then one session, and your nurser will explain how many sessions required during the consultation. Most people notice improvements after two to four sessions. Swelling, bruising, redness and numbness are common after treatment and usually settle overtime. Rare risks, such as temporary nerve irritation, will discuss before you decide for the treatment.
